I truly believe that passing along to others the knowledge and
skills one gains through their lifetime is not only an obligation,
but also a pleasure to do. With that credo as a motivation,
I'm happy to be able to make available to other financial
professionals the tools I've developed that made our former
practice in Florida the success that it was.
After several successful careers building and operating other companies,
I began building my financial planning business after obtaining the necessary
licenses eighteen years ago - when I was 63 years old. That was 1987,
and just in time for October's notorious Black Friday. Despite that,
within the year I had earned $468,000 in gross production and was named
"Rookie of the Year". Within three years I was named by Registered
Representative magazine as one of America's top ten brokers.
In 1991 I parted company with Raymond James Financial and launched
Earl & Associates, Inc. where I grew my annual personal production
to over $3,300,000.
A few years ago, I wrote a book that turned out to be a best-seller
in the financial planning world, The Ultimate Seminar Manual for professionals.
It covers all aspects of conservative investments, annuities and variable
life insurance and how to present the information in seminars.
It's now in it's third printing and contains still-frame shots of the 420
color slides we used in our seminars that are produced with sound, animation,
film clips and morphing, and suggested text to go along with them as well as
a wealth of other information and answers to frequently asked customer questions.
Since then we've expanded that group of 420 slides to our latest product that
we make available to financial professionals, our "1001 Seminar Slide"
program delivered on 2 CD's, one of which can be used as turn key seminar
presentation. With this package, you also get a 3rd bonus CD containing

As I write this, I am now 81 years old, and still going strong. I feel
very fortunate to have achieved the high levels of success I've enjoyed
all my life and during my financial planning career. Passing along
the knowledge, the tools and systems we've developed over the past
20 years will be my legacy to the people in the business that I
grew to love. If you choose to use these tools and only do 1/3 as
well as I have done, you'll be a million dollar producer.
